Those are the few steps and easy methods to share your apps with Flashcorp:
- Log in to Flashcorp, On the left-hand side, some icons will pop up. Select the “APPS“ icon, and you will get 3 options: My Apps, Available Apps, and Create Apps. To share your app with anonymous users, select “My Apps” from the given options.
- You can see multiple apps you created. Click on the “Edit” button on the one you want to share.
You can see the app’s details page, On the right-hand side, select the “Share / Direct Link” button.
Once you click on that link, you will be taken to a new page where you have to “generate an authentication ID“. For generating the ID, on the right-hand side, you can see the green button, “Generate Auth“. Click on that button, and you will get an automatically generated ID, which will be “encoded“.
Next, you have to click on “Select type“. Here, you have to select a “user or role“.
(Note: You can only share your apps with 2 given options: User / Role. If you click on “user,” you can share with your friends, and if you select “role,” you need to define a particular role model, for example, HR, “management,” “manager,” etc. Once you select the user in the down section, you will see the user’s mail ID, and if you choose the role, you will see the role names.)
In the final step, once you scroll down on the same page, you will see the “history section“. Over there, you will get a “link“ you can share with anyone.
